Virtual Personal Training Sessions

The Revolutionize YOU Program package is structured around thirty-two (32) 45 minute Virtual Personal Training Sessions. (2 per week)

Revolutionize YOU incorporates unlimited email support between sessions, empowering you to discuss any challenges you’re encountering and revel in the victories you’re proud of. With 1:1 support in both personal training and health coaching sessions, you’ll never navigate this journey alone.

Additionally, you’ll enjoy a wealth of resources. This includes worksheets and valuable handouts covering fitness, nutrition, body confidence, and stress management. Furthermore, you’ll gain access to a collection of healthy recipes that you and your family will love.

I have been working with Jess for about 8 months now and have lost over 65 lbs!
