This is a space where you can breathe, unpack the pressure of perfection, and begin heal your relationship with food, movement and your body.

No matter your size, shape, or story, you are accepted here exactly as you are. My approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. This is your space to show up fully, speak honestly, and work toward a version of health that feels good to you.

I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy as well as various options for personal training. Let’s work together to find peace with food, fitness, and yourself.
